These small Kipfler were given to me by Hamish, who said they were an ideal size for growing rather than eating. I planted 20 of them in and around the citrus on Friday just gone. Kipflers are low in starch, with a creamy colour like butter. They do not mash nor fry well, but are great steamed, boiled, or in their jackets. |
