| When I was a kid, I lived on a sheep farm - "Dolwendee" - which was riddled with both Prickly Pear and the dreaded Tiger Pear. It has taken me decades to come to terms with the difference between cacti and succulents, because of this. |

I don't have an aversion to cacti, but I don't have any particular interest in them, either.

I was in love with succulents a few years ago, but I am neglecting them lately...
We have the same suculent as your first one photo at my backyard. We also have cacti. I love its beauty.
